Dr. Nate Cady

Nate Cady was a NYSCamp delegate from Vermont in 1995. He then worked as Staph during the summers of 1996-1998, while he was attending Cornell University. After graduating from Cornell with a degree in microbiolgy, Dr. Cady pursued his PhD in microbiology, first at the University of Washington, then at Cornell University. During his PhD work, Nate developed an interest in nanotechnology and did post doctoral work at Cornell in that field. He then took a position as a professor of Nanobioscience at the SUNY College of Nanoscale Science & Engineering (Albany, NY), where he continues to teach at the graduate and undergraduate level and runs an active research group.
